11.3 You agree that the determination of the Independent Expert will be final and binding on all the parties. You further agree that the determination of the Expert will not be subject to any form of appeal.

11.4 You agree to bear equally the cost associated with the dispute.

12.1 The present Agreement is governed by the Laws of England and Wales.
